The belief that she should have disclosed that she has a penis means that she would be at fault, he wouldn't still be at fault because he got there and it wasn't actually what he agreed to. It tracks perfectly fine. There's no rule irl that says only one person can be at fault for something. Everything I said stands whether or not she has any liability. For example, get an agent to handle things instead of booking clients personally through Twitter dms. Or if you're going to do it yourself, you need to accept some basic responsibility for doing that side of your job. We don't even know the details of whatever contract they signed.
