Topic	Looks like a lot of places are now saying mandatory vaccinations.

Taking steps to effect that risk reduction falls well within the bounds of due diligence on the employer's part, especially considering that the risk of a vaccinated person becoming infected is substantially higher if unvaccinated people are around.
