Topic	Found out my boss is quitting

Every time I look at work emails, its a new person quitting. I knew it was a matter of time before my boss quit. Another_Voice posted... Get it in writing (ask her to do you one last favor) and then show your new boss. Not guaranteed to work, but you never know We literally wrote out a development plan for me when I came back. In January 2020. It was why I bothered coming back. With a plan to promote me August 2020. Then we merged with another company and I was told not to worry. Then they froze all promos in August and I was supposed to get promod the next cycle. Right before I went on maternity leave. So they passed on me then too and said they would promote me at the following cycle once I returned. It was clear that they just didnt want to pay me more right before maternity leave for 6 months.
