I think it would be pretty clear from the context of the video when they're going to the bathroom.

To answer the question, yes. But not in the way intended. Pretty much anytime there are accusations of misconduct, the body cams are turned off. Or footage is cut. Or withheld entirely. All that in itself does a very good job of exposing misconduct.
