Often the police turn their cameras off, turn them on after an incident has already occurred, or the department withholds the footage for an extended period of time. We see actual movement and transparency regarding an incident after cell phone footage of it goes viral. --- You look EXTREMELY immature when you announce that you're about to ignore someone.
