That's generally part of the reason why people weren't supposed to be going on flights unless they absolutely needed to People have been going on flights, though. Plenty of people, throughout the pandemic, including myself. The number of flights have maybe been lower, but they're starting to increase exponentially as of a couple months ago. If everyone is on a 2 hour flight, sitting next to each other, where their faces are less than 2 feet from touching each other, I don't understand the effectiveness of masks when everyone just removes them anyways to eat and drink next to each other. I guess you can make the point "well maybe when the mask is on it helps a little" ---- but really? When the mask is off and you're next to the person and constantly taking the mask on and off.... does it really help? --- "Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory." - Dr Seuss ...
