Maybe a demotion to desk duty and retraining as opposed to a firing, but you'd have to be a moron to think that offense doesn't warrant corrective action. How can a cop - whose job it is to serve and protect the citizens of their community - how can they do their job while showing a clear bias towards a segment of the population?
