Problem in a nutshell, as I am not trying to air out my ENTIRE business, is that there are two people in this world. Someone who you forgive and they go, Hey, they forgave me. Ill not make this same mistake again and save them the trouble the next time. And then theres people who go, Hey, they forgave me! Lets see how much more I can do before they finally snap.
