Sure, some people wear masks outside, but most just maintain their distance outside. Regions with particularly high case numbers have also been recommending outdoor masking as an added precaution. That's generally one of the first restrictions to go when case numbers start looking better, but when the danger is higher, every layer of protection helps. blu posted... Tattoos!
