The fear itself is unreasonable and the person is now in discomfort. They're not always going to be rational about things. What ISN'T unreasonable is a CW. Nothing is being taken from anyone, it's just a little heads up for people. Do we always need a CW? Maybe not, but that's up to the person providing said content.
