Arcanine2009 04/28/21 10:58:30 AM #42: | cut back on added sugars and carbs in general (increase in protein), but also reduce portion sizes as well. a lot of Carbs in general, especially refined will spike your sugar. don't eat a big ass meal full of refined carbs. Sleeping it off after a big meal especially is the worst you can do. Go for a walk --- Less is more. Everything you want, isn't everything you need. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
