While I stand by Brisashi being the worst PotDer (given his consistent misinformation, lies, and prolonged campaigns of harassment where he starts rumors and then repeats them like he heard them elsewhere), I could see anybody making an argument for Clark given all of his ridiculous harassment, trolling, etc. I block his new alts as soon as I figure out they're him.

Nobody else on that list really compares to them, even if a bunch have done some legitimately terrible things.
