| Topic | Why do so many men constantly spit on the ground as they exit their vehicles? |

I've got more tongue in cheek, spit-posting in me. ---- I'm seeing some of these answers being things like, Oh they just don't like swallowing because they're too straight for it, or It's just something that naturally develops when people live amongst poverty. But why isn't this something that women also do? I'm sure some might try to deflect by saying Oh, that's just unlady-like behavior, but the question remains, Why is spitting considered a masculine activity? And so, I think our best answer has gotta be, It's just a primordial urge for males of a species to mark their territory. Aren't humans above this? But I guess we used to have fads where guys would do things like buy rubber scrotums for their trucks, or elect a guy for president that proudly claimed to grab women by their genitals. (Though, I guess that ones not quite out of vogue yet, and granted, women also help elect him!) Huh. That post turned out a lot less fun than expected. :/ --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
