Giving India access to raw materials isn't any real expense to Americans when we have tens of millions of stockpiled doses (many of which we haven't and aren't likely to approve)

Except we already have those materials earmarked to produce vaccines for other countries who are also in need as per international agreements we made.
And if we do give India access to these materials(,at the expense of others)what's to say the government and companies sell them abroad again or hoard them and then sell them of inside India to the highest bidders?
You think we just give the Indian government these materials and they'll automatically distribute it to those most in need?
Most of you don't understand India at all.
