You can't buy any higher end ferrari unless you're on a preapproved list. To get on the preapproved list, you must buy used ferraris/own ferraris for a length of time, present yourself as a ferrari aficionado by attending events, talking about them on social meda, always be postitive about the brand for better or worse/never publicly talk down about the brand, treat your already purchased ferraris in a manner the brand approves of, do not do anything to "embarrass" the brand, do not sell your new ferraris in manner the brand does not approve of. Aside from that, the brand is very much up their own ass with no sense of humor, taking themselves very seriously.
