End qualified immunity
Use special prosecutors to investigate police misconduct
Require identification and intervention for officers with repeated complaints and disciplinary incidents
Decertification after a history of serious misconduct
End pretextual stops and stop and frisk tactics
National database on use of force and deadly incidents
National database on officers that were fired for misconduct so they won't simply go over to the next county or state
Require implicit bias training

For starters

Damn, not what I was expecting lol. All of that seems like a mega plus to me my guy, and I think most people would agree with you on just about all of that stuff

Im a little iffy on ending qualifier immunity, rather than reforming that as well, but thats an unpopular opinion. Agree on everything else though
