I just said masculine and feminine are not set for many things. The men decide that. "Femininity" as you call it is respected if it was being practised by men under a previous guise. The minute women adopt it, its deemed lesser and men are also lesser for practising it (whatever that may be). Unless you only mean a woman's feminine body. That has been a prized constant across every culture yes. I don't know if you'd call that respect though, it's more like idolatry and objectification.
