Instead of entering the item details on a snipe bid website or having to watch the item, you just put the max you are willing to pay, then leave. Also if two bidders enter the same amount tie goes to the earliest bid, so there is some advantage in addition to the simplicity of bidding early. Furthermore, if you get out bid early it is easy to move on to the next auction, instead of waiting for disappointment --- ?huh?........ it's just a box. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
