The same way everyone thought Ariel was super progressive for a Disney Princess back in 1989, but now people see her for the whiny, entitled brat that she is. >_> Lola showcased a strong, capable woman but was shackled to the outdated bombshell archetype and wasnt as fleshed out compared to her costars.
