I busted my eyebrow open at a High on Fire show lol The last one I went to was February 2020 (the punk/drag show hybrid I mentioned). Unless I count the dude playing piano at the Petrosian bar, which almost scratched my live show itch because I was so starved. I saw High on Fire at Psycho Las Vegas one year, and I regret not being in the crowd for that one. I was watching from a balcony, exhausted from an earlier set. They're actually a local band for me, but the only time I've seen them was not in CA lol (though I don't live there anymore anyway). Same for Sleep (who I also saw at Psycho Las Vegas). I've seen Om multiple times though. The first time was opening for Godspeed You! Black Emperor and mentioning that makes me realize I didn't put any GY!BE on my list, but they should definitely be on it. If I wasn't moving to Japan in September I would have already bought my ticket for their 2022 show. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
