- Projared and Heidi have a difficult time in their marriage. Heidi proposes an open relationship and Jared accepts.
- Heidi has a boyfriend and she tells Jared to go after others.
- Jared is close with another woman (Holly) who was married to Ross O'Donovan. (RubberRoss). They end up getting together (I'm unsure if this happened before Ross and her broke up or not. They might have had an affair)
- Heidi, after having supported them getting together, decides she doesn't like this idea anymore. This is AFTER Jared has asked for a trial separation and Heidi denying him, threatening his career.
- Jared continues his new relationship and pursues divorce. Again Heidi is threatening and denying him this.
- Jared eventually does go through with the divorce and announces it online. Heidi then tries to tank his career by making up claims of emotional and mental abuse at the hands of Jared.
- Jared and Holly show proof that Heidi was supportive of them before and then immediately decided against it, threatening to tank his career if he didn't immediately stop associating with Holly. Heidi would text Jared literally hundreds of times while he was sleeping on the road demanding he call her immediately and stuff like that.
- All this goes public with two people saying that Jared made unwanted advances on them as 16 year Olds. Jared again shows evidence that these people were lying and lied about their age. Jared admits he had a blog where consenting adults would share nudes, admits that while at the time he didn't think it was a problem given his meager popularity, he realizes that regardless of his own view of his influence he still has influence and that he was in a position of power.
- the two accusers both retract their statements and basically disappeared after.
All the evidence shown to prove himself innocent of the stuff that would he illegal he showed a few weeks later as he was instructed by lawyers to allow them the opportunity to get his defense together should any charges be laid.
I'm not gonna say he was a Saint by any stretch, but to me at worst he helped a woman cheat on her husband. That side of everything is pretty unknown since Ross was seemingly fine ending their marriage and didn't want to address it.
