The rhetoric I remember from that time was democrats asking if people now thought America wasn't a racist country just because they had a black president. And I think that for the majority of Americans the answer to that was yes. They didn't care what race the president was. The exception was the racists that only voted for him because of his skin color. Just like there were sexists that only voted for Hillary Clinton to elect a woman. --- No locked doors, no windows barred. No more things to make my brain seem SKARD.
