Don't need to go into a ton of detail -- that's personal -- but curious to know what you're working with. Bought my first place a year ago, and it's definitely been an adventure. Thought I was buying a place that was reasonably fixed up, and then I got in here and realized that the DIY'er who lived here wasn't as good as he made the house appear to be when all the blemishes and inconsistencies were disguised by their furniture. --- Only the exceptions can be exceptional. <cite>azuarc posted [p:952592429] in Officially...
