And seeing that you clearly don't own a business, otherwise you would have known this
Add another 4-5 weeks for the bank to process your PPP application and then to send you the check in the mail.

And before you start, do you agree that people being delayed from applying (not receiving/processing, but applying) unemployment and other forms of aid, for two weeks, won't have any impact whatsoever, right?

If you can't infer that COVID restrictions telling restaurants and hotels that they can't operate without restrictions would impact a bakery that generates a majority of their revenue from said businesses, then this conversation is clearly too complicated for you.
