Topic	Would anyone like to join me on a seven day water fast?
Underleveled 03/28/21 1:23:25 PM #30:	Most people I've known to do this have only done it for like three days and still lost a substantial amount of weight. A week seems really overkill. Anyway, I've been satisfied with my rate of weight loss (I recently got into the "normal" range according to the BMI chart for the first time since high school/maybe early college) and have begun to build muscle.
