I don't understand wanting a themed console. Like a controller, sure - shit like the Dragon Quest slime controller and the Silent Hill chainsaw controller are badass. They're fun little collector's items that affect the way you play and are fun to try out. I love different controllers.

I can understand wanting a cool setpiece, but I'd never shell out for a limited edition console because it's just an aesthetic thing and there's nothing special about it otherwise. I could take a paint brush to my Switch dock and make something nice if I wanted to, I don't need to pay extra for a cool looking piece of plastic that's unremarkable in every other way. It's the same thing otherwise - it has the same functionality and it plays the same games the exact same way.
