It sounds to be like that provision, along with the $35 one, was built into the stock before it went public. So Im interpreting this as not only will the stock go down tomorrow due to the $35 people being able to sell, but it will go down again once it hits $46.55.

Is that right? If so, possible plays include:

1) Hoping it dips well below $46.55 (it is already under that) before next week (have to find out what day exactly that provision goes into effect) and then sell right before we expect it to hit $46.55

2) Wait to buy until after it hits $46.55 and drops
