There's no such thing as "all or nothing" when it comes to medicine. No treatment is ever completely certain to work and/or be without risk. You can certainly weigh benefits against risks to come to an informed decision about what will be best for you, but you aren't the only person capable of doing that math. Even at 65% efficacy and looking strictly at personal health, you are significantly more likely to see benefit from these vaccines than suffer harm (to say nothing of what a 65% reduction in case numbers would do from the public health side of things).

Yes, it's your choice what to do with your body, but that doesn't mean there aren't clear right and wrong choices based on objective data, and having the right to make wrong choices doesn't mean you should expect to not be criticized for doing so.
