Topic	Fucking spam calls, I just got 9 of them in one day...

Sometimes they use the first six numbers of your phone because people are more likely to answer that. My recommendation is to use a phone number whose area code doesn't match your area. Spam callers usually call from numbers with your phone's area code. Then, you can block all calls from that area code unless they're contacts. Not sure how you would do it on an iphone but I use an app called Tasker to set up those rules on my android phone. Yes, they do use similar numbers.
