We should note that when actually trying to discern if a vaccine is linked to a negative outcome, it's not enough to observe that X people got vaccine and Y people developed clotting disorders. In order to better determine the association you need to compare the proportion of vaccinated people who develop disorders to the proportion of unvaccinated people who also develop the same condition. This reveals whether the vaccine is associated with the side effect.
