That is literally what every example in history shows. The only collectivist model that works at scale is Martin Luther King's with modern technology. JFK optimism. American independence for individuals and no slavery to an official State. We have a Constitution in this nature - it can always be improved and it has mechanisms for improving it. And we can always improve in that vision with time.
