Palkia (Pokemon) - Low fodder from Dialga a few days ago: The gen 3 box legendaries are the latest ones that I have any faith in and even they're kind of sketchy. A case for Dialga and Palkia being possibly mid fodder to me would have to be based on hype for their games' upcoming remakes, and I'm not sure there's all that much excitement in evidence, especially after other recent-ish Pokemon disappointments.
