Topic	How is a job "entry level" if it requires 4 years of experience

I became an entry level network engineer back in 2014 because of my experience working in a network operations center and getting certs. Question for you since you're here. I'm in the process of getting a cert right now for A+ and then moving onto a network cert (cisco or Net+ not sure yet).
