Most of them have pretty strict entry requirements (up to and including requiring parents to be active members of the local church, which can include mandatory "volunteer" work), and have morality clauses where they can expel for pretty much any reason. Even if you disagree with the mindset, it's still very much a "Fair, next" sort of situation.
