And yet...they still voted Trump and are a red state.you seem to say texas should deal with it as if texas is a monolith. there are many citizens in texas who didnt vote for the ineptitude that has led to this situation, and i dont think those citizens should suffer just because well more of your neighbors did vote for ineptitude. should have lived somewhere else! im not denying that its the population voting for ineptitude that is an issue. but id much prefer to bail out those who are at fault and mitigate the suffering of those not at fault than let everyone suffer. and believe it or not, i dont even think republican voters should be forced to suffer at the hands of a state government that will assuredly not fix the situation. shocking, i know! --- ...
