Topic	Does Texas deserve to be bailed out?

If it turns the state blue Ill take it. Kill the problem at its source. Better to set the bone now than just take pills until it heals wrong Texas has the money to bail its citizens out. It doesnt need the federal aid. Its one of the richest states in the union. Emergency aid and food and water aid, yes. Medical aid yes. But repairing its infrastructure and taking care of its citizens is its job.
