brestugo 02/18/21 7:30:40 PM #39:	pure_temper posted... i lived there and even in Los Angeles (Marina Del Rey, really close to the ocean and walking distance to Venice Beach / Santa Monica pier) and I wasn't making that kind of money at the time MDR kind of exploded rent-wise because Inglewood is building 3 new stadiums - well 2 - the Rams stadium is done, but the Clippers are building one and the third one is just straight "multipurpose" for the 2028 Olympics which will include a theme park and mall.
