Topic	so my new job has a "take what you need" Paid time off policy.
CanuckCowboy 02/18/21 6:13:07 PM #29:	I worked at a place where you had to use a specific form to request time off and they purposely never put any out... so you had to go to the managers office to get one and hed grill the fuck out of you and make low-key threats and you'd have to stand your ground to even get the form. And then go through it again when you turned it in. And then either get refused, or get approved knowing you were gonna be in the shit when you came back from your time off.
