generally the label "person of color" encompasses latinx peoples. I don't know/remember if the fictional character Hurley from Lost identifies as a white hispanic, but even if he did I would still consider him a person of color / non-white.

edit: but I mean I guess it really depends on if Hurley considers himself one or not.
