Some companies will put out an offering and it will overall make me bullish on the stock because I know they have a goal for that money and aren't overly concerned with their stock price tanking short term because it should go up with that raised money But then you have companies like CTRM which just spam them to no clear end to extort investors Proper DD involves figuring out which it is --- No problem!
