Well, as usual most of what I thought was wrong, lol. But at least the game addressed most of it.

So, if the revelation right before the intermission is true, and I assume it is cause the plot wouldn't move forward if not, then I think the culprit has to have been Yonaga. Because I could see someone setting up the situation with the fish tank in the gym hall despite not having knowledge of the setup if they're actually in the gym while doing it. But if the crime happened during nighttime, then the culprit must have been in the swimming pool area and hoisted the body through the window into the gymnasium. They'd have to know that there was a suitably fishtank right below it to plop it into. And they'd have to set up the partition in advance before nighttime. Unless it was all pure coincidence, which it obviously wasn't.

Or maybe I'm entirely wrong about the way the crime was committed again and none of that will be true.

Edit: Monosuke > Monodam > Monophanie > Monotaro. I hope Taro gets the axe during the execution. The rest are slightly tolerable. Phanie only because I find her vomit gimmick funny. Otherwise she's a crappy Monomi.
