Sometimes if you're queuing for something that isn't especially popular to directly queue for anymore, such as, say, ~~Dun Scaith~~, you'll eventually catch a bunch of people who'd just queued for the Alliance Raid roulette, even though it might have initially said it'd take over 30 minutes. For Odin though... yeah, that's an unfortunate case for the reasons mentioned.
