I recognize my privilege in having so many family, friends and colleagues as a support system along the way. Despite all that, I still manage to pysche myself out in whether I can do this. I don't want to be caught with my pants down, but there's so much that I don't know yet. Its definitely nerve wracking, even after the inspection came back clean I'm worried I'm going to find out some glaring issue with the place that will give me grief for the rest of my life. Or my life falls apart and I lose the place. My safety net went towards the down payment. Also, the problem of having to make decisions on furnishings.
