Yup, lots of good options. I'm pretty fond of honey on mine.

I made lavender honey once to put on pancakes. It was pretty good, though the lavender flavour was pretty weak even after steeping overnight. In retrospect, steeping it directly into the honey probably wasn't a great idea, given how concentrated honey is, so if I do it again I'll steep the lavender in hot water instead, then add that to the honey and reduce it back to its usual consistency.
