Topic	Is the Texas "Snow Storm" that serious?

My apartment lost power yesterday at 6pm and I didn't trust the officials to have it it on/keep it on tomorrow so I made the decision to leave :( I just want to make it clear that it's not just Texas that endured this arctic storm, but it's only the state of Texas that failed its citizens.
