Keep a window cracked and the tailpipe cleared at a minimum. But it might only buy you a day or so, if the gas pipes are frozen and you can't refill at the local station. I wasn't saying that all this was the wind turbines' fault. I was just adding that the wind turbines were frozen in addition to what the poster I quoted mentioned.
