Why should someone's actions, provided they aren't causing any real harm to the property or other tenants, be cause for putting them out on the street in February? The punishment of eviction is wildly disproportionate to even the most exaggerated of possible harms here.

What do you think happens at strip clubs, or for that matter, any other company selling a product? Your problem isn't with "taking advantage" of anybody, it isn't even that it takes place online, it's just with the specific outlet. My question is why? What makes this categorically different from any other occupation that entails selling people stuff for money?

I believe what I believe. I've never once argued in bad faith on here. I've been on GameFAQs nearly 20 years.

Landlords should be allowed to say no porn cant be filmed on our property. They also don't allow drug use too or tend not to depending on the state etc.

Like properties either allow or don't allow smoking too. It seems like allowing or not allowing porn to be filmed there is similarly reasonable.

Giving her two days is definitely harsh though. I feel like she should get 30 days or something like that.

There is a big difference between that site and the rest of the sex industry. I'm not gonna pretend that the rest of the sex industry is clean by any sense, but that site seems like a special breed of wtf.

This is simple though, should property owners be allowed to prohibit porn being filmed on their property by tenants?
