It takes place after Civil War and doesn't tell you anything about Spider-Man you didn't already know from Civil War unless it's stuff that hadn't happened yet-- it's just a story of stuff that's happening to him. Black Panther does tell you his childhood, how he got his powers, all about Wakanda. It's basically just a bunch of information on Black Panther with a story wrapping around it and isn't "that movie after Civil War" --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! ...
