I've had everything from flu to typhoid to anthrax. 2) Literally any site that gives on advice on how to reduce pain after getting a vaccination encourages you to "move your arm", and many expound on that to include "work out". edit: 3) Any medical personnel I've interacted with personally and many other people in the same situation as me repeat this.
