Someone with mastered UI can avoid any threat or injury with ease. In extreme circumstances like a collapsing building or an enormous bomb you will even produce enough ki to essentially warp out of harm's way. It also allows you to attack people safely as your body will automatically know the perfect path to take to inflict damage while minimizing harm. It won't let you blow up planets or something like that but it will decently increase your strength output because your body knows how the perfect movement and technique for the situation.

Clarification: on a day to day basis you will be in the UI form by default but you can temporarily lose it due to uncontrolled bursts of negative emotion
